    Mango-1
    Bananas -2
    Coconut Milk-1 cup
    Mint leaves-10-12
    Khus Khus- 2tbsp
  • Directions
    Blend all the ingredients well for 1 minute

    Peel Kiwi and Cucumber and cut into small pieces
    Drop all the fruits in the blender
    Add Ginger
    Blend all the ingredients well for 1 minute
    Pour into bottle.

4. Cucumber Greek Yogurt Juice

    Cucumber -1
    Greek Yogurt- ¾ cup
    Cumin -1/4 tbsp
    Green Chilli- 2
    Asafoetida- a pinch
    Curry leaves – a spring
    Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
    Salt- to taste
  • Directions
    Peel off the cucumber skin and chop into small cubes
    Take yogurt in a blender
    Add in cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves, and cucumber
    Combine all ingredients well and process until smooth.
